R S GROUP is engaged in the business of providing quality collection services and in doing so is committed to protecting the personal information of individuals. “Personal information” means information in any format, which is about an identifiable individual (other than the name, title, business address or phone number of any employee of an organization). We have implemented the following privacy policy in order to protect personal information, which we collect or which is disclosed to us. It is strongly implemented that there will be no data sharing.
REQUIREMENT
Collection Officers: - We seek qualified candidates who are ambitious and results oriented. Our collectors enjoy a diverse client portfolio, a fast-paced professional environment and unlimited advancement opportunity. Our ideal candidate has experience in 3rd party collections and a good understanding of acceptable collection practices. If he does not have experience in collections, other backgrounds that lead to success in our company are retail sales, telemarketing and telephone customer service. Compensation is based on a combination of salary and commissions.
Tracing Officers: - If he inquisitive by nature and enjoy working over the telephone, a career in trace might be for him. Trace involves looking for people who owe money to a creditor, have changed address or phone number without providing a notice of change. Previous experience is a definite asset but we are also looking for people who have investigation, telemarketing and customer service experience. All work is preformed over the telephone and internet. Excellent communication and computer skills are necessary. Compensation is based on a combination of salary and bonuses.
